At this stage, it was aimed to achieve a great economicdevelopment goal within the union, especially in agriculture and industry.The Soviet Union engaged in propaganda activities to include the peoplesof the socialist republics within the union in development plans. ArmenianSoviet Socialist Republic (ASSR) was one of the socialist republics wherepropaganda activities for the development plans of the Soviet Union wereimplemented. At this stage, the Soviet Union tried to encourage Armenianpeople to work in agriculture and industry within the scope of developmentplans through propaganda posters. In the study, propaganda activitiesregarding development plans of the Soviet Union in Armenia are examined in the context of posters and it is aimed to reveal which propaganda messagesthe Soviet Union used within the scope of its five-year development plans inArmenia. 7 propaganda posters determined by using quota sampling wereanalyzed in the light of Karl Bühler’s Organon Model (Organon Model) withinthe scope of the study.
