However sometimes there are some inappropriate issues for teaching that may arise from students, teacher, administrator, school buildings or community. It is difficult to consider all of the individual, familial, social and institutional factors that may prevent school safety and also to take precautions to reduce their negative effects. But at least, institutional factors affecting school safety and its negative effects on teaching activities should be minimized.
