Liver paired exchange (LPE) can be used to overcome incompatibilities between living donor-recipient pairs. In this study, we report the early and late results of three and fi ve LDLTs performed simultaneously to initiate the more complex LPE program. By demonstrating that our center is capable of performing up to fi ve LDLTs, we have taken an essential step for establishing a complex LPE program.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessKidney ExchangeEfficientMultiple Swaps Tested: Rehearsal for Triple and Five Liver Paired ExchangesArticle569200320053947773010.1016/j.transproceed.2024.09.0022-s2.0-85208041942Q3WOS:001374914700001Q40000-0002-8044-02970009-0007-7568-29140000-0001-6958-5412
