The expressions for the concentration of trapped electrons in materials, electrical field strength and total charge are derived by solving total current equation at stationary state. Space charges are determined experimentally by using thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC) method, and TSDC spectrums are illustrated for investigated materials. © 2008 IEEE.eninfo:eu-repo/semantics/closedAccessPolyethylene terephthalatesPolyethylenesPolyimidesPolymersSulfur hexafluorideTinVacuumDielectric Barrier dischargesElectrical field strengthsFormation mechanismsSpace charge formationsSpace chargesStationary statesThermally stimulated depolarization currentsTotal chargesTotal currentsTrapped electronsDielectric devicesSpace charge formation in non-cristalline polymers and GaSe by DBD in SF6 mediumConference Object249149410.1109/DEIV.2008.46768372-s2.0-57849138593N/A
