Fentanil, artrakuryum ve sevofluran ile genel anestezi indüksiyonu sonrası bupivakain ile tek doz kaudal anestezi uygulandı. Ameliyat sırasında herhangi bir komplikasyon olmadı. Olgu ekstübe edilmedi ve pediyatrik cerrahi yoğun bakım ünitesine alındı. Ameliyat sonrası 4. günde kalp yetmezliği ve sepsis nedeniyle olgu kaybedildi. After general anesthesia induction with fentanyl, atracurium and sevoflurane, single shot caudal anesthesia with bupivacaine was performed. There was no complication during the operation. The case was not extubated and transported to paediatric intensive care unit.
