ÖZET Periyodik olarak anahtarlanan Doğrusal sistemlerin karalılığını incelemek ve analitik çözümünü elde etmek, Zamanla değişmeyen sistemlerinkine nazaran daha zordur. Bazı özel durumlar hariç, A (t) matrisinin özdeğerlerinden yola çıkarak sistemin kararlılığını incelemek için herhangi bir test yöntemi bulunmamaktadır.Ne yazık ki böyle sistemlerin durum geçiş matrslerini elde etmekte oldukça zordur (Yılmaz 1989).Bu tür zorlukları mümkün olduğunca gidermek için değişik test teknikleri geliştirilmiştir. Bu test tekniklerinden birisi de Kısmi Sabit Yaklaşım Metodudur. Bunun için önce sistemin durum denklemi elde edilir. A (t) katsayı matrisi belirlendikten sonra verilen bir periyot K aralıklara bölünür. Her aralıkta Durum geçiş matrisi ve, Sistem zamanla doğrusal değiştiği için, sadece 1. aralığın M kararlılık matrisi hesaplanır. M matrisinin normuna bakılarak sistemin kararlı olup olmadığı test edilir. Eğer sistem bu aralıkta kararlı görülürse, diğer aralıklarda kararlılık testi yapmadan, periyot boyunca asimtotik karalıdır denir. Bu tezde, periyodik olarak anahtarlanan doğrusal sistemlerin kararlılığı ile ilgili teori verildikten sonra Kararlılık testi için MATLAB programları hazırlanmış ve bunların sonuçları tartışılmıştır. ABSTRACT unlike the time invarient linear systems, determination of stability of the systems and finding analytic solutions for the periodically switched linear systems are very difficult. Except the spacial cases, there is no general test procedure based on the eigenvalues of the matrix A(t) for the stability of the time-varying systems. Unfortunately, the state- transition matrix O(t,to) of such systems can not be easly determined. To eliminate such problems, different stability techniques can be applied. One of these methods is piecewise constant approximation method. In this thesis the stability of the systems is tested by using this technique. Firstly, the state equation of the system is obtained. After determination of A(t), one period is divided into K intervals. Since the system is changing linearly, it is enough to compute stability decision matrix M of first interval. Looking at the norm of M matrix, one can decide to the asymtotic stability of the system. If the system is asymtoticly stable during this interval, there is no necessity to make stability anaylze for other intervals. One can say that the system is also asymtotic stable during the whole period. In this thesis, the stability theory of the periodically switched linear systems is given and for the stability tests Matlab programs are prepared and their results are discussed.
