ÖZET Bu tez 1-sübstitüye perimidinleri ve perimidin çekirdeği içeren elektronca zengin olefinleri kapsamakta ve üç bölümden oluşmuştur. Birinci bölümde daha önce yapılan konu ile ilişkili çalışmalar özetlenmiştir. İkinci bölümde deneysel kısım üçüncü bölümde sonuçlar ve tartışma sunulmuştur. Yapılan çalışmaları iki kısımda toplamak mümkündür. Birinci kısım 1- sübstitüye perimidinlerin (1) sentezi ve yapılarının aydınlatılmasıdır. Perimidinin DMSO daki çözeltisine NaH ilave edildi ve oluşan perimidinin sodyum tuzu alkilhalojenürler etkileştirilerek yüksek verimle (%50-95) 1 bileşikleri sentezlendi. Yapılan spektroskopik yöntemlerle aydınlatıldı. Sentez edilen 1 bileşikleri DMF içerisinde alkilhalojenürler ile etkileştirilerek 2 tipi tuzlar sentezlendi. 2 bileşiklerinin fiziksel ve kimyasal özellikleri incelenmiş ayrıca spektroskopik yöntemler ile yapılan aydınlatılmıştır. 1,3-dialkilperimidinyum halojenür (2) THF içerisinde K+'OBu+ ile etkileştirilerek 3 tipi perimidin iskeleti içeren elektronca zengin olefinlere (tetraaminoalkenlere) geçildi. 3 tipi bileşiklerin yapılan spektroskopik yöntemler ile aydınlatıldı. a R=R'=Me b R= R'= (CH2)9CH3 c R=Bu" R=Me 3 tipi elektronca zengin olefinler literatürde bilinen elektronca zengin olefinlerden (I, II, III, IV) farklı davranmaktadır. ABSTRACT This thesis, divided to three section, is about perimidine and electron rich olefines with perimidine core. In the first part, literature survey is summarized. In the second part the experimental details, and in the last part results and discussion are given. It is possible to describe the work in two part. At first, the synthesis of 1 -substituted perimidines (1) and structural characterization of them were given. The compund 1 was prepared in high yield 95-50% from the solution of perimidine in DMSO in which NaH was added and the perimidine sodium salts were interacted with alkyl halides. The structure was confirmed with spectroscopik techniques. The obtained compund 1 in DMF was reacted with alkylhalides and 2 type salts were obtained. The physical and chemical properties of the compound 2 were investigated with the common techniques and the structural elucidation was made spectrocopically. a R=R'=Me b R= R'= (CH2)9CH3 c R=Bu" R=Me The electron rich olefines 3 type acts differ from the electrons rich olefines (I, II, III, IV) that appear in literature.
