Doç. Dr. Hüseyin Karaca Bu çalışmada, H202, H2S04 ve H2O2/0.1 N H2S04 reaktifleri kullanı larak yüksek kükürt içerikli 6' nolu fuel oil' den kükürt uzaklaştırılmıştır. Kükürt uzaklaştırılması üzerine karıştırma hızı, reaktif derişimi, reaksiyon süresi ve reaksiyon sıcaklığının etkisi incelenmiştir. Proses parametre değerleri şöyledir: Karıştırma hızı 250-1500 devir/dk, H202 derişimi %5-35, H2S04 derişimi 0.05-2 N, reaksiyon süresi 30-150 dk ve reaksiyon sıcaklığı 20-50 °C. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, kükürt uzaklaştırma için en uygun proses parametre değerleri; H202 işlemi için, derişim % 15, reaksiyon süresi 60 dk ve reaksiyon sıcaklığı 30 °C, H2S04 işlemi için, derişim 0.1 N, reaksiyon süresi 60 dk ve reaksiyon sıcaklığı 30 °C ve H2O2/0.1 N H2S04 işlemi için, H202 derişimi % 15, reaksiyon süresi 60-150 dk, reaksiyon sıcaklığı 40 °C ve karıştırma hızı 1000 devir/dk' dır. Genellikle reaksiyon sıcaklığı, reaksiyon süresi, reaktif derişimi ve karıştırma hızının artmasıyla yakıtın karbon ve hidrojen içeriği azalırken, oksijen içeriği artmıştır. Azot içeriğinde ise önemli bir değişim gözlenmemiştir. H202, H2S04 ve H2O2/0.1 N H2S04 reaktifleri karşılaştırıldığında, hem kükürt uzaklaştırılma derecesi hem de üst ısı değer ve element analizi sonuçlarına göre en uygun reaktifin H2O2/0.1 N H2S04 olduğu söylenebilir. Doç. Dr. Hüseyin KARACA In this research, H202, H2S04 and H2O2/0.1N H2S04 reactives were used in order to remove the sulphur from number 6 fuel oil. The effect of reaction temperature, reaction time, concentration and stirring speed on the desulphurization were examined. Process parameters were set to those ranges as; stirring speed: 250-1500 rpm, H202 concentration: 5-35%, H2S04 concentration: 0.05-2N, reaction time: 30-150 min and reaction temperature: 20-50 °C. According to the results, the optimum reaction parameters for removal of sulphur were found to be as follows: For H202 treatment, concentration of 15%, reaction time of 60 min and reaction temperature 30 °C, for H2S04 treatment, concentration of 0.1 N, reaction time of 60 min and reaction temperature of 30 °C and for H2O2/0.1N H2S04 treatment, H202 concentration of 15%, reaction time of 60-150 min, reaction temperature of 40 °C and stirring speed of 1000 rpm. While increasing the reaction temperature, reaction time, concentration and stirring speed, carbon and hydrogen content of fuel oil decreased but oxygen content increased. No significant changes were observed in nitrogen content. When H202, H2S04 and H202 /0.1N H2S04 reactives were compared in terms of the extent of sulphur removal, higher heating value and elemental analysis, it can be said that most convenient reactive type is H2O2/0.1N H2S04.
