Exhaustion nd Job satisfaction have on important role in management. Exhaustion is defined as a rmilling out ofpsychological and psycal energy. Job satisfaction, however, is the general ettitude of the individual towards the job. TIlat's why the relationship of exhaustion with the job satisfacion is a natural result. The aim of this study was to determine levels ofjob satisfaction and exhaustion of the staff working in the banks. TIle main target group of the study was the staff of i~ Bank Central Baranch. The dates obtained with questionarrie techniquefrom the staff were evaluated statisticially. from the findings; Among the staff included in the research exhaustion points that indicicate dangerous levels were not in question.
