Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, sabit protetik tedavide kullanıma yeni sunulan tam seramiklerin simantasyon öncesi kenar ve iç uyum özelliklerinin halen yaygın olarak kullanılan ve güvenilirliği kanıtlanmış materyallerle karşılaştırılmasıdır. Gereç ve Yöntemler: Bu çalışmada; posterior endikasyonu olan 3 yeni tam seramik sistemin kenar ve iç uyumları lityum disilikat seramik materyali ile karşılaştırıldı. Gruplar %14 kompozit içeren hidrit seramik CAD/CAM bloğu (Vita Enamic), %20 kompozit içeren rezin nano seramik CAD/CAM bloğu (Lava Ultimate), %10 zirkonyum ile güçlendirilmiş lityum silikat içerikli CAD/CAM bloğu (Vita Suprinity) ve lityum disilikat içerikli CAD/CAM bloğundan (IPS e.max) oluşturuldu. Her grup için CAD/CAM yöntemiyle, prepare edilmiş alt 1. molar diş formunda 12 adet seramik diş örneği elde edildi. Elde edilen diş örnekleri üzerine CAD/CAM yöntemi ile yine kendi cinsindeki materyalden 12 adet kron (toplam 48) yapıldı. Restorasyonlar, simantasyon öncesinde mikro-BT (Sky Scan 1172) ile tarandı. 2 boyutlu analiz için her bir krondan DataViewer (V.1.5.1.2; SkyScan) yazılım programıyla 160 ölçüm yapıldı. Ayrıca 3 boyutlu analiz için CTAn (V.1.14.4.1; SkyScan) yazılım programı ile siman aralığının hacimleri belirlendi. Elde edilen sonuçlar, uygun istatistiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilerek, kenar ve iç uyumları kıyaslandı. Sonuçlar: Grupların kenar ve iç uyum değerleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur ancak bu değerlerin hepsi klinik olarak kabul edilebilir sınarlar içindedir. MKA, MA, basamak uyumu, aksiyel uyum ve okluzal uyum değerlendirmelerinde IPS e.max CAD blokların uyum seviyesi en düşük olarak bulunmuştur. Vita Suprinity blokların uyum seviyesi IPS e.max CAD'den daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Lava Ultimate ve Vita Enamic blokların uyum seviyesi daha yüksektir. Ancak, Lava Ultimate ve Vita Enamic arasında anlamlı farklar bulunmamaktadır. 3 boyutlu analizi sonucu hesaplanan hacim değerleri; IPS e.max CAD > Vita Suprinity > Lava Ultimate > Vita Enamic olarak bulunmuştur. Objective: The aim of this study is the comparison of marginal integrity and internal adaptation before cementation of all ceramics that have been introduced recently in the fixed prosthetic treatment with materials having well-established and proven safety. Materials and Methods: In this study, marginal integrity and internal adaptation of 3 current hybrid ceramic systems with posterior indications were compared with lithium disilicate material. Groups were created as; hybdrid ceramic CAD / CAM block (Vita Enamic) containing 14% composite resin, 20% composite nano-ceramic containing CAD / CAM block (Lava Ultimate), 10% zirconium lithium silicate reinforced CAD / CAM blocks (Vita Suprinity) and lithium disilicate CAD / CAM block (IPS e.max). For each group, 12 die specimens from each ceramic system in the form of mabdibular first molar tooth prepared by CAD/CAM method were obtained in order to be used in adaptation studies. 12 crowns were made from the material of its own kind via CAD/CAM method for these obtained dies (a total of 48). Restorations were scanned before cementation with micro-CT (Sky Scan 1172). 160 measurements has been made with DataView (V.1.5.1.2; skyscan) software program from each crown for two-dimensional analysis. In addition, the space of cement volumes were determined by CTAn (V.1.14.4.1; SkyScan) software program for three-dimensional analysis. Obtained results were analyzed with appropriate statistical methods and marginal integrity and internal adaptation were compared. Results: Significant differences were found between the groups of marginal integrity and internal adaptation values, but these values are all considered as clinically accepted. Evaluation of IPS e.max CAD blocks' MG, AMD, finish line adaptation, axial adaptation and occlusal adaptation were found to be the lowest. Vita Suprinity values of adaptation was higher than the IPS e.max CAD blocks. Lava Ultimate and Vita Enamic blocks' adaptation values are higher than others. However, there are no significant differences between Lava Ultimate and Vita Enamic. Volume values calculated from the results of the three-dimensional analysis were found as; IPS e.max CAD > Vita Suprinity > Lava Ultimate > Vita Enamic.
