Anne Yaşının İkili Tarama Testi Öncesi Kaygı Düzeyine Etkisi Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı, anne yaşının ikili tarama testi öncesi kaygı düzeyine etkisini saptamaktır. Materyal Metod: İlişkisel-tanımlayıcı olarak tasarlanan bu araştırma, bir üniversite hastanesinin Kadın Doğum Polikliniğine 14 Ağustos 2014- 13 Ocak 2017 tarihleri arasında ikili tarama testi yaptırmak amacıyla başvuran 232 gebe ile yürütülmüştür. Verilerin toplanmasında Durumluluk Kaygı Ölçeği ve Kişisel Tanıtım Formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde; Tek yönlü varyans analizi, Pearson Korelasyonu ve Cronbach's Alfa Güvenirlik Analiz Testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmaya katılan gebelerin yaş ortalamasının 27.35±6.42 olduğu ve %15.9'unun 15-19 yaş, %65.9'unun 20-34 yaş ve %18.9'unun ise ≥35 yaş grubunda yer aldığı saptanmıştır. Yaş ve Durumluluk Kaygı Ölçeği puanları arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyde istatiksel olarak anlamlı ilişki olduğu (r=0.572) (p<0.001) belirlenmiştir. Gebelerin yaş grupları ile Durumluluk Kaygı Ölçeği puan ortalamaları arasındaki farkın anlamlı olduğu, 35 yaş ve üzeri grupta yer alan gebelerin Durumluluk Kaygı Ölçeği puan ortalamasının, 15-19 ve 20-34 yaş grubunda yer alan gebelerdeki Durumluluk Kaygı Ölçeği puan ortalamalarından istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde daha yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0.05). Sonuç: İkili Tarama Testi yaptırmak amacıyla başvuran gebelerde yaş arttıkça kaygı düzeyinin de arttığı belirlenmiştir. Bu bağlamda, sağlık profesyonelleri tarafından prenatal tarama testi öncesi yapılan değerlendirme, eğitim ve danışmanlık hizmetlerinin tamamında yaş faktörünün dikkate alınarak hareket edilmesi ve oluşabilecek kaygı düzeyini azaltmaya yönelik girişimlerin bu doğrultuda planlanması önerilir.
Effect of Mother's Age on Anxiety Level prior to Double Test Objective: The objective of the research is to determine the affect of mother's age on anxiety level prior to double test. Materials and Method: This research, which is designed as correlational and descriptive, was conducted with 232 pregnancies who are admitted to undergo double test in the Gynaecology and Obstetrics Polyclinic of a university hospital between 8 August 2014 and 13 January 2017. State Anxiety Scale in the collection of data and Personal Identification form has been used. As we analysed data, we used Pearson Correlation and Cronbach alpha reliability analysis test. Findings: We found that the average age of the pregnant women, who participated to the research, was 27.35±6.42, that 15.9% of the same were aged between 15 and 19, that 65.9 of the same were aged between 20 and 34, and that 18.9% of the same were included to the age group of ≥35. It is determined that there is a moderate level significant correlation between the points of age and State Anxiety Scale (DKÖ) (r=0.572) (p<0.001). It is determined that the State Anxiety Scale point average of pregnant women included to the age group of ≥35 is significantly higher than the State Anxiety Scale point average of pregnant women aged between 15-19 and 20-34 (p<0.05). Conclusion: It is determined that the anxiety level increases as the age of pregnant women, who are admitted to undergo double test, increases. In this context, by health professionals prenatal screening test for pre-assessment, training and consultancy services entire the age factor to be taken into consideration and initiatives aimed at reducing the level of anxiety that may occur in this direction it is recommended that it be planned.
