Küresel krizin pigou’nun istihdam, işsizlik ve refah düşüncesiyle incelenmesi

Abstract

Çalışmada Pigou’nun özellikle istihdam kavramı reel ankes teorisi’nin küresel kriz çerçevesinde incelenecektir. Pigou’nun faydalar toplamı düşüncesi, küreselleşen ekonominin fırsatlarını onaylar nitelikteyken küresel krizin ortaya çıkışıyla iktisat literatüründeki yeni konumu ne olmuştur? Pigou’nun reel ankes etkisi kriz ortamında kendisini nasıl göstermekte, istihdamı ve refahı nasıl etkilemektedir? Sosyal maliyet artık neyi ifade etmektedir? Devletin politika yapıcısı olarak yeni rolü, sosyal maliyeti özel maliyetle dengeleyici konumu ne olacaktır? Tüm bu sorulara dünya ekonomisindeki son üç yıllık gelişmeler dikkate alınarak açıklanmaya çalışılmaktadır.

In the study, Pigou’s concepts of the employment and reel balance effect will be examined in the frame of the global crisis. When Pigou’s “utilities sum” idea has been a character in favour of the facilities of globalized economy, what is its new role in economics literature in the global crisis? How, Pigou’s reel balance effect is work in crisis time and what are the reflections on employment and welfare of this effect? What is the meaning of the social costs? As a policy maker what will be new role of the state for equilizing the social cost to private costs ? All this kinds of questions is answered by considering of last three years in world economy
