Türkiye’de ekonomik krizler ve kriz dönemlerinde teşviklerin önemi

Abstract

Economic crisis, is related to the corruption overall balance in the economy and leave lasting effects especially on developing countries' economies. SMEs are affected in times of crisis in the way of production levels drop, a decrease in consumption, the declining capacity utilization rate, the decrease in investment, increased unemployment tabs. Since SMEs are vital in the national economy and the foundation of economic growth, it is an important issue to minimize the degree of being effected by crisis. So incentive packages that are implemented to SMEs by the state is one of the priority applications. In the last global crisis, in order to alleviate the effects of the crisis, private and public sector in Turkey has taken various measures.

Ekonomik krizler, ekonomideki genel dengenin bozulması ile ilgilidir ve özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerin ekonomileri üzerinde kalıcı etkiler bırakırlar. Kriz dönemlerinde KOBİ’ler; üretim düzeylerinde düşme, tüketimde azalma, kapasite kullanım oranının düşmesi, yatırımlarda azalma, işsizlikte artma seklinde etkilenirler. KOBİ’ler ülke ekonomisinde hayati öneme sahip olduğundan ve ekonomik büyümenin temelini oluşturduğundan, krizlerden etkilenme derecesinin asgari düzeye indirilmesi önemli bir konudur. Bunun için öncelikli uygulamalardan biri de devlet tarafından KOBİ’lere uygulanan teşvik paketleridir. Son küresel krizde de, etkilerini hafifletmek amacıyla Türkiye’de özel ve kamu kesiminde çeşitli önlemler alınmıştır.
