Öz:Kolanjit atağı ve tıkanma sarılığı ile başvuran ve yapılan tetkikler ve duodenoskopi sonucu ampulla vateri normalden büyük olarak tespit edilen ve alınan biyopsi sonucu villöz adenoma olarak gelen hastaya endoskopik papillektomi uygulandı. Ampulla vateri tümörlerinde son zamanlarda kullanılmaya başlanan bu yöntemle tedavi edilen ilk olgumuzu sunuyoruz.
Abstract:A patient was admitted to our hospital with cholangitis and obstructive jaundice. Laboratory results and duodenoscopic examination revealed and abnormal appearance of the ampulla of Vater and a biopsy was taken. Histopathological examination results revealed a villous adenoma of the ampulla of Vater. In this report case of tumor of oddi which was treated by endoscopic papillectomy is presented.
