10-11 yaş badminton sporcularında seçili biyomotor özellikler ve teknik becerilerinin incelenmesi /

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırma 10-11 yaşındaki badminton sporcularının seçili biyomotor özellikleri ve teknik becerilerini araştırmak ve biyomotor özellikleri ile teknik beceriler arasındaki ilişkileri tespit etmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmanın örneklemini Kayseri ve Batman illerindeki 10-11 yaş grubundaki aktif olarak badminton oynayan ve en az 1 yıllık badminton geçmişine sahip sporcular oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışma için, French & Stalter badminton testi, Lockhart & McPherson badminton testi, çeviklik t test, reaksiyon testi, dikey sıçrama testi ve pençe kuvveti ölçümü uygulandı. Çalışmanın istatistiksel işlemleri için Pearson korelasyon, independent-samples t test ve one-way anova testi kullanılmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi α=0.05 olarak benimsenmiştir. Bulgular: Katılımcıların teknik testler ile çeviklik test sonuçları arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki saptanırken; anaerobik güç ile pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Dikey sıçrama, pençe kuvveti sol el ve pençe kuvveti sağ el ile teknik testler arasında herhangi bir anlamlı ilişki saptanamamıştır. Katılımcıların, French & Stalter teknik test ile reaksiyon görsel sağ el arasında negatif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki saptanırken; McPherson & Lockhart teknik testi ile anlamlı bir ilişki saptanamamıştır. French & Stalter ve McPherson & Lockhart teknik testler ile reaksiyon görsel sol el, reaksiyon işitsel sağ el ve sol el arasında anlamlı bir ilişki saptanamamıştır. Sonuç: 10-11 yaşındaki badminton sporcularının seçili biyomotor özellikleri ve teknik becerilerinin araştırıldığı bu çalışmanın sonucunda teknik testler ile çeviklik ve anaerobik güç arasında ve French & Stalter teknik test ile reaksiyon görsel sağ el arasında anlamlı bir ilişki saptanırken; Dikey sıçrama, pençe kuvveti sol el, pençe kuvveti sağ el reaksiyon görsel sol el, reaksiyon işitsel sağ el ve reaksiyon işitsel sol el ile teknik testler arasında herhangi bir anlamlı ilişki saptanamamıştır.

Aim: This study was conducted to investigate the selected biomotor ability and technical skills of 10-11 year old badminton athletes and to determine the relationship between biomotor characteristics and technical skills. Materials and Methods: The sample of the study consists of athletes who are actively playing badminton in the 10-11 age groups in Kayseri and Batman provinces and have a badminton history of at least 1 year. For this study, French & Stalter badminton test, Lockhart & McPherson badminton test, agility t test, reaction test, vertical jump test and handgrip measurement were applied. Pearson correlation, independent-samples t test ve one-way anova test were used for statistical analysis. Significance level was accepted as α = 0.05. Results: While there was a negative correlation between technical tests and agility t test results; there was a positive relationship between anaerobic power. No significant correlation was found between vertical jump, handgrip left hand and handgrip right hand and technical tests. While there was a negative correlation between French & Stalter technical test and reaction visual right hand; There was no significant relationship between McPherson & Lockhart technical test. French & Stalter and McPherson & Lockhart technical tests showed no significant relationship between reaction visual left hand, reaction auditory right hand and left hand. Conclusion: In this study, the selected biomotor ability and technical skills of 10-11 year old badminton athletes were investigated, a significant relationship was found between technical tests and agility and anaerobic power, and French & Stalter technique test and reaction visual right hand; Vertical jump, handgrip left hand, handgrip right hand reaction visual left hand, reaction auditory right hand and reaction auditory left hand, no significant correlation was found between technical tests.
