İnönü Sağlık Ocağı bölgesinde hizmet alan kesimin hoşnutluk ve beklentileri

Abstract

Öz:İnönü Sağlık Ocağı Bölgesi halkının sağlık hizmetlerinden yararlanım ve hoşnutluk düzeyini saptamak amacıyla planlanan kesitsel tipteki çalışmada, İnönü sağlık ocağı bölgesinde yaşayanlardan, basit rasgele örnekleme yöntemi ile 300 kişi ye ulaşılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda Sağlık Ocağı'ndan yararlanım ile, yaş, cinsiyet ve eğitim durumu arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır. Sosyal güvencesi olmayanlar, gelir düzeyi düşük olanlar, bölgede daha uzun süredir oturanlar, Sağlık Ocağını daha çok tercih etmektedir. Sağlık Ocağı çalışanlarının tutumu ve hekimin ayırdığı süre de yararlanımı etkilemektedir. Gereksinim durumunda en çok Sağlık Ocağı'na başvurulmaktadır.

Abstract:The aim of this cross sectional study was to find out the utility and the satisfaction for the health services of the population resident in the İnönü Health Center Districts. The study sample was 300 persons. The results of the study showed that, there are no statistical significant relationships between, age, gender and level of education with the Health Center Service utilization on the other hand, the people who had any social security; who had low level of income; and who lived longer in the district, tended to use health center more than others. The attitudes of the health staff to the people and the allocation of adequate time by the physician to the patients were found to affect the use of then health center services also. In the case of the need, the people in to district mostly prefer the health center among the other health service facilities.
