Türkiye’de çok partili hayata geçiş sürecinde Sivil Hükümet darbesi: CHP’de 35’ler Vakası

Abstract

Öz:II. Dünya Savaşı, dünyada ve Türkiye’de büyük değişimlerin yaşandığı bir süreçtir. Savaş sonunda başgösteren soğuk savaş tehlikesi, Türkiye’nin Batı’ya yaklaşmasını neticelendirmiştir. Nitekim İsmet İnönü, II. Dünya Savaşı sonunda Batı’ya çok partili hayata geçiş için teminat vermiştir. Bu yüzden İnönü, mecliste muhalif Demokrat Parti’nin çıkışına tarafsız durmuş hatta CHP içinde hükümete muhalif bir grubun oluşumunu da bizzat desteklemiştir. Bu grubun mevcut Recep Peker hükümetine sivil darbe yapması olarak yorumlanabilecek 35’ler vakası, Türkiye’nin çok partili hayata geçişindeki son dönemeci de geçmesine sebep olacaktır.

Abstract:World War II was a term that many changes happened both in the world and the Turkish Republic. After the war, a new danger appeared named as the cold war that resulted in coming close Turkey to the West. Because of the fact that, İsmet İnönü gave a permission to the West after the World War II about passing to the multy party system in the Turkish Republic. In that case, İnönü behaved objectively during foundation of the first opposition party, “the Democratic Party” even he supported generating an opposition group in the governing party, “Cumhuriyet Halk Party”. In this perspective, “35’ler Vakası” was very important event because this occasion sould be analysed a civil coup movement against to the governing party “Cumhuriyet Halk Party”. In this way a critical last barrier to the passing multy party system was eliminated definitely.
