SPOR BÖLÜMLERİNDEKİ, YÜKSEK LİSANS VE DOKTORA ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN MARUZ KALDIKLARI DUYGUSAL TACİZLERİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Öz:Bu çalışma; üniversitelerin spor bölümlerinde lisansüstü eğitim gören öğrencilerin duygusal tacize (mobbing) ilişkin farkındalıklarının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Fırat, İnönü, Kayseri, Gaziantep, Ağrı ve Sakarya üniversitelerinde lisansüstü öğrenim gören toplam 18 kadın, 64 erkek toplam 82 öğrenci oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada öğrencilerin mobbinge karşı farkındalıklarının belirlenmesi için Leymann’ın (1993) geliştirdiği Aktop (2006) tarafından uyarlanan “Duygusal Taciz Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın anket formu, demografik özelliklerin belirlendiği ilk kısım ile kendi içerisinde altı alt boyutu olan 51 sorudan oluşan “Duygusal Taciz” ölçeğinden oluşmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler bilgisayar ortamına aktarıldıktan sonra, araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak yüzde, frekans, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma ve gruplar arası ilişkiyi belirlemek için anova testi uygulanarak veriler tablo haline getirilmiştir. Sonuç olarak; Gaziantep üniversitesindeki lisansüstü öğrencilerin diğer üniversitelerdeki öğrencilere oranla daha fazla mobbinge maruz kaldıkları, boşanmış olanların bekarlara göre daha fazla mobbinge uğradıkları, rekreasyon bölümünde lisansüstü eğitim görenlerin diğer bölümdekilere göre mobbinge daha fazla maruz kaldıkları ve yaşları 26-31 ve üstünde olanların yine daha fazla duygusal tacize uğradıkları görülmüştür.

Abstract:This work, postgraduate students studying in universities in the sports section of emotional abuse (mobbing) is made for the purpose of determining awareness. The research population consist Fırat, İnönü, Kayseri, Gaziantep, Agrı and Sakarya university who still postgraduate studying 18 women, 64 men and total 82 students.
