dc.description.abstract	Retroperitoneal bölge mantar enfeksiyonu için alışılmadık bir lokalizasyondur. Multisistem travma nedeniyle eksploratif laparotomi yapılan ve uzun süre antibiotik tedavisi alan hastamızda postoperatif dönemde sağ retroperitoneal ve aynı taraf inguinal bölgede kandida apsesi oluştu. Enfeksiyon apse drenajı ve oral ketokonazol ile tedavi edildi.	tr_TR
