Üst düzey liglerde görev alan antrenör ve sporcularda geride kalan sendromu (Gaziantep ili örneği)

Abstract

Amaç: Gaziantep ilinde üst düzey Futbol ve Basketbol liginde yer alan takımlardaki antrenör ve sporcuların geride kalan sendromuna maruz kalma durumları incelenerek, bu durumla başa çıkma yöntemleri ele alınacaktır. Materyal ve Metot: Bu araştırmada betimsel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma evren ve örneklemini Gaziantep ilindeki (a) Gaziantep Futbol Kulübü A.Ş. ve (b) Gaziantep Basketbol Kulübü A.Ş. sporcuları ve antrenörlerinin tamamı oluşturmaktadır. Verilerinin toplanmasında iki bölümden oluşan ölçek kullanılmıştır. Birinci bölüm, Araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanmış sorulardan oluşan Kişisel Bilgiler Formudur. İkinci bölüm, Geride Kalan Sendromunu ölçmek için İslamoğlu ve Turgut (2003) tarafından 13 sorudan oluşturulan ölçek kullanılmıştır. İstatistiki olarak t testi ve anova testi kullanılmıştır. Anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak kabul edilmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırmada Gaziantep Futbol Kulübü A.Ş. ve Gaziantep Basketbol Kulübü A.Ş. sporcu ve antrenörlerinin; kulüpteki görevi, medeni durumu, yaşı, eğitim durumu kulüpte bulunma süreleri, gelir düzeyi ile geride kalan sendromu arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç: Araştırma sonucunda üst düzey liglerde yer alan kulüplerde görev yapan sporcu ve antrenörlerin geride kalan sendromuna algılarına bakıldığında, basketbol kulübünde görev yapanların futbol kulübüne göre GKS algılarının yüksek olduğu, antrenörlerin GKS algılarının futbolculardan yüksek olduğu, evli olanların bekarlara göre GKS algılarının yüksek olduğunu sonucuna varılmıştır. Sporcu ve antrenörlerin yaşları, kulüpteki görev yapma süreleri, gelirleri ile GKS algıları arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişkinin olduğu, eğitim durumları ile GKS algıları arasında negatif yönlü ilişkinin olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Aim: The exposure of the trainers and athletes in the football and basketball super leagues in Gaziantep to the survivor syndrome will be examined and the methods of coping with this situation will be discussed. Material and Method: In this study, descriptive survey model was used. The research population and sample were collected from Gaziantep (a) Gaziantep Football Club A.S. and (b) Gaziantep Basketball Club A.S. all athletes and coaches. A two-part scale was used to collect data. The Personal Information Form and a scale consisting of 13 questions was used by Islamoglu and Turgut (2003) to measure the Left Behind Syndrome. Statistically t test and anova test were used. Significance level was accepted as p<0.05. Results: In the research, Gaziantep Football Club and Gaziantep Basketball Club athletes and coaches; A statistically significant correlation was found between the position, marital status, age, educational status, length of stay in the club, income level and the survivor syndrome. Conclusion: As a result, it was concluded that those who work in the basketball club have higher SS than the football club, the coaches are higher than the SS footballers, and the married ones are higher than the singles. It was concluded that there was a positive correlation between the age, tenure, income and SS of the athletes and trainers, and a negative correlation between their educational status and SS.
