Öz:Çalışmanın amacı, öğretmen adaylarının matematiksel becerilere uyarlanan öğretimsel etkinlikleri kaynaştırma öğrencisine uygulanması sürecinde karşılaştıkları durumları ortaya koymaktır. Açıklayıcı durum çalışması ile yürütülen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Giresun Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Matematik Öğretmenliği Anabilim Dalında öğrenim gören 76 öğretmen adayı oluşturmuştur. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan “Öğretmen Adaylarına İlişkin Görüşme Formu” ve adayların hazırladıkları “Öğretimsel Etkinlik Raporu” kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Formlardan ve raporlardan elde edilen veriler içerik analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Katılımcıların öğretimsel uygulamalarda; kaynaştırma öğrencileriyle İletişim kurma, dikkat eksikliği, sürekli tekrar ve öğretimsel amaca uyarlanan etkinlik tasarlama konusunda problem yaşadıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Kaynaştırma öğrencisi boyutunda ise, öğrencilerin isteksiz, dalgın ve unutkan olması, hazırbulunuşluklarının eksik olması, dikkatini toplayamaması, soruları çözerken zorlanması, uygulama yapmak istemesi ve çok çabuk sıkılması nedeniyle uygulamada zorlandıkları elde edilen sonuçlar arasındadır. Uygulamaların öğrencilere kazanımlarına ilişkin sonuçlara bakıldığında ise; matematiğe değer verme, günlük hayatla ilişkilendirme, matematiği oyun görme, problem çözme becerisi geliştirme ve somut model/materyallerle matematik becerisi geliştirme, dersin daha eğlenceli geçmesinde, bilişsel, duyuşsal ve devinişsel gelişimlerinin artmasında etkili olduğu açığa çıkmıştır. Katılımcılar hizmet öncesinde yaşadıkları problemlerin, hizmet içindeki deneyimlerinin etkisi ile zamanla ortadan kalkacağını düşündüklerini, göreve başladıklarında bu tür özel öğrencilere matematiği öğretebileceğine olan inanç ve özgüvenlerinin olduğu söylenebilir. Buradan hareketle, matematiksel kavram/becerilere uyarlanan öğretimsel etkinliklere ve kaynaştırma öğrencilerine uygulanma durumlarını ortaya koyacak çalışmaların, bu alanda yürütülecek iyileştirme ve gelişme adına hizmet öncesinde öğretmen adaylarına yaşatılması sağlanabilir.
Öz:The study aims to reveal the situations faced by the teacher candidates in the process of applying the instructional activities suitable to mathematical skills to the mainstreaming students. The study group of the research conducted with the explanatory case study consists of 76 teacher candidates studying at Giresun University, Faculty of Education Department of Mathematics Teaching. The data were collected using "Interview Form for Teacher Candidates" consisting of open-ended questions prepared by the researcher and "Instructional Activity Reports" prepared by the candidates. Data obtained from forms and reports were subjected to content analysis. Participants in the dimension of instructional activity stated that they had difficulties in communicating, doing practices, forgetting the purpose in the next class, designing activities, designing methods/techniques, finding everyday life samples, and designing materials. Participants in the dimension of mainstreaming students stated that they had difficulties in practice because they are reluctant, absent and forgetful, they lacked readiness, they had difficulty in gathering attention and solving questions, not wanting to practice, getting bored quickly, being too introvert or too mobile. It has been concluded from the findings of the achievements of the activities to the mainstreaming students that their liking to mathematics increased, they have a better understanding of mathematics, they find classes more enjoyable, and they are more effective in increasing their cognitive, social-emotional, and mental development. According to the results obtained, the participants think that the difficulties they experienced before the service will gradually disappear with the effect of their experience in service, and they have faith and confidence that they can teach mathematics to such special students when they start their active service.
