Bu çalışmanın amacı sağlık hizmeti unsurlarının ve kalite boyutlarının hasta memnuniyeti üzerindeki
rolünü belirleyerek, oluşturulan hastane sistemi analiz modeli ile her bir unsurun hasta memnuniyeti üzerindeki
etkisini ortaya çıkarabilmektir. Bu amaçla Gümüşhane Devlet Hastanesi‟nde ayakta tedavi olan hastalar üzerinde
yapılan anket çalışmasında elde edilen verilere istatistikî faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Oluşan faktörlerle bir
memnuniyet ölçütü olarak belirlenen hastanenin bir başka kişiye tavsiye edilebilirliği istatistiksel regresyon
analizi ile analiz edilerek oluşturulan hipotezlerin hasta memnuniyeti üzerindeki etkileri vurgulanmıştır.
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of the each component of the health care system
and its quality dimensions on the patient satisfaction with the factor analysis model. Thus, a statistical factor
analysis was applied to the data obtained in the survey study that was implemented to the outpatients in
Gümüşhane State Hospital. The effects of the hypotheses generated with the statistical regression analysis on the
patient satisfaction on the account of factors as a measure of safistaction consisting of a referral to another
person in the hospital.
