Bu çalışmada oksitli bakır cevheri malahitin (CuCO3.Cu(OH)2) amonyum asetat çözeltilerindeki çözünme kinetiği incelenmiştir. Çalışmalarda, amonyum asetat konsantrasyonu (C), katı tane boyutu (D), katı/sıvı oranı (K/S), karıştırma hızı (v) ve reaksiyon sıcaklığı (T) değişken parametreler olarak seçilmiştir. Deneyler sonucunda çözünme hızının tane boyutu ve katı/sıvı oranının artması ile azaldığı, reaksiyon sıcaklığı, karıştırma hızı ve amonyum asetat konsantrasyonunun artması ile arttığı görülmüştür. Malahit cevherinin amonyum asetat çözeltilerindeki çözünme kinetiği, heterojen reaksiyon modellerine göre incelenmiş ve çözünme hızının karışık kinetik model ile kontrol edildiği tespit edilmiştir. Çözünme kinetiğinin matematiksel modeli aşağıdaki gibi gösterilebilir. In this study, dissolution kinetics of malachite (CuCO3.Cu(OH)2) that is an oxidized copper ore in ammonium acetate solutions have been investigated. In the runs, the ammonium acetate concentration (C), the particle size (D), the solid to liquid ratio (K/S), the stirring speed (v), and the reaction temperature (T), have been chosen as variable parameters. As a result of present experiments, it has been seen that the dissolution rate increased with decraese in the particle size, the solid to liquid ratio, and with increase in the reaction temperature, the stirring speed and ammonium acetate concentration. The diisolution kinetics of malachite ore in ammonium acetate solutions according to the heterogenous reaction models were examined. It has been determined that the dissolution mechanism is controlled by three dimensional diffusion process. The mathematical model of dissolition kinetic can be expressed as.
