In this thesis, the technological aspects of great importance YBa2Cu3O7-x superconducting materials were produced in the form of nanotube by electrochemical method. First, the electrochemical deposition conditions (concentration, deposition potentials, deposition time?) of Y, Ba, Cu elements were determined in non-aqueous media on a conductive substrate. Second, the necessary experimental conditions for the Y-Ba-Cu deposition in nanoporous Al2O3 were formed. Electrochemical nucleation and growth mechanism analysis of Y-Ba-Cu nanowires on Au-coated of Al2O3 substrates were made on the basis of Scharifker-Hills model. For -4 V and more positive potentials, the mechanism of progressive nucleation was valid, on the other hand the more negative potentials than -4V, the instantaneous nucleation mechanism was found to be valid. To form superconductive phase, the heat treatment was applied to Y -Ba-Cu / Al2O3 nanowire patterns. The resulting nanostructures were found to be length 200-300 nm in diameter 7-8 µM from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) studies. The produced nanostructures at -4 V and more positive potentials were Y-Ba-Cu nanowires, while the nanostructures deposited at the more negative potentials were Y-Ba-Cu nanotubes. Y-Ba-Cu nanotubes showed superconductive properties, whereas Y-Ba-Cu nanowires did not show any trace of superconductivity due to high Cu concentration in the nanowire.
