Beden Eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin mesleki etik ve mesleki motivasyon durumlarının değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Amaç: Bu araştırmada beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin mesleki etik ve mesleki motivasyon düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Aynı zamanda beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin mesleki etik ve mesleki motivasyon durumları arasında bir ilişkinin olup olmadığının araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde ölçme araçlarının geliştirilmesi için karma yöntemlerden keşfedici sıralayıcı desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın diğer bölümlerinde tarama, nedensel karşılaştırma ve korelasyonel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Analizler için bağımsız örneklem t testi, Anova ve Pearson korelasyon testleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: "Mesleki Sorumluluk" boyutu çok yüksek düzeyde çıkarken "Mesleki Saygı boyutu" orta düzeyde çıkmıştır. Cinsiyet değişkeni bakımından aralarında istatistiksel olarak bir fark bulunmamıştır. "Mesleki Saygı" boyutunda özel okulda çalışanlar lehine anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin yaş değişkenine göre 22-32 yaş ile 33-43 yaş grubu arasında 33-43 yaş grubu lehine anlamlı fark olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin hizmet yılı değişkenine göre "Mesleki Saygı" boyutunda 0-5 hizmet yılı ile 11-15 hizmet yılına sahip öğretmenler arasında anlamlı fark çıkmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin çalıştıkları okul türü değişkeni bakımından "Okul Ortamından Kaynaklanan Motivasyon" boyutunda özel okulda çalışan öğretmenler lehine anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin mesleki etik ve mesleki motivasyon düzeyleri yüksek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Mesleki saygı boyutu orta düzeyde olduğu bunun yanında "Okul Ortamından Kaynaklanan Motivasyon" düzeyinin düşük olduğu sonucu araştırmanın önemli bulguları içerisinde olduğu söylenebilir. Purpose: : In this study, we aimed to examine the levels of professional motivation and professional ethics of physical education teachers. At the same time, physical education teachers with professional ethics and professional motivation was to investigate whether there is a relationship between the state of. Material and Method: In the first part of the research measurement tools for the development of a mixed-methods exploratory pattern sequencer was used. Other sections of the survey, causal-comparative and correlational research methods were used. For analysis; independent samples t-test, Anova and Pearson correlation tests were used. Findings: When size of the 'Professional Responsibility' increased a very high level, 'Professional Respect Dimension' increased middle level. There was not a significant difference between them in terms of the gender variable. "Professional Courtesy" in size there was a significant difference in favor of employees in a private school. According to the age variable of physical education teachers with age between 22-32, 33-43 the age group of the age group it was inferred that there is significant difference in favor of 33-43. Physical education teachers according to the variable of years of service, "professional courtesy" between teachers with 0-5 years of service 11-15 years of service with no significant size difference was found.The study as a result of the work of the teacher of physical education in terms of school type variable "motivation arising from the school environment" dimension a significant difference in favor of teachers who work at private school was found. Conclusion: Physical education teachers reached the conclusion that a high level of professional ethics and professional motivation. Besides the medium level professional respect dimension, "Motivation arising from the school environment", the low level of the important findings of the research can be said to be the result within.It has been found that there is a positive relationship between professional ethics and professional motivation.
