Ergenlerin Akran İlişkilerinin Akıllı Telefon Bağımlılığına Etkisi Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, ergenlerin akran ilişkilerinin akıllı telefon bağımlılığına etkisini belirlemektir. Materyal ve Metot: Kesitsel olarak yapılan araştırmanın evrenini Batman il merkezinde bulunan Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı liseler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemi için il Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'nden öğrenci yoğunluğuna göre kura yöntemiyle seçilen üç lise (3000 öğrenci) belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi yapılan güç analizi ile 707 öğrenci olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada "Tanıtıcı Bilgiler Formu", "Akran İlişkisi Ölçeği", "Akıllı Telefon Bağımlılığı Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Veriler Mayıs 2018 ile Haziran 2018 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde yüzdelik dağılım, ortalama, bağımsız gruplarda t testi, Varyans analizi, Kruskal-Wallis ve regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmada ergenlerin akran ilişkileri toplam puan ortalaması 45.61±11.93, akıllı telefon bağımlılığı toplam puan ortalaması 28.93±12.61 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada ergenlerin akran ilişkilerinin akıllı telefon bağımlılığını negatif yönde %38 oranında etkilediği belirlenmiştir (p˂0.05). Sonuç ve Öneriler: Araştırmada ergenlerin akran ilişkileri ve akıllı telefon bağımlılığının orta düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır. Ergenlerin akran ilişkileri arttıkça akıllı telefon bağımlılığının azaldığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada ergenlerin akran ilişkilerini arttırmaya ve akıllı telefon bağımlılığını azaltmaya yönelik psikiyatri hemşireleri tarafından eğitimlerin düzenlenmesi, öğrencilere bilgilendirme yapılması önerilebilir. The Effect of Peer Relationships Among Adolescents on the Mobile Phone Addiction Aim: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of peer relationship among adolescents on the mobile phone addiction. Material and Method: The scope of the study consists of high schools connected to the Directorate of National Education in Batman province. For the sample of the study, depending on the students' population, three high schools (3000 pupils) were selected by lot by the Directorate of National Education. By means of power analysis, the sample of the study was determined as 707 pupils. In the study, "Introductory Information Form", "Peer Relationship Scale" and "Smart Phone Addiction Scale" were used. The data were collected between May 2018 and June 2018. Percentage distribution, mean, t test in the independent groups, variance analysis, Kruskal-Wallis and regression analysis were used in the evaluation of the data. Findings: In the study, the total point average of the peer relationships among adolescents and smart phone addiction were determined as 45.61±11.93 and 28.93±12.61 respectively. It was also determined that the smart phone addiction of adolescents affected their peer relationships at the rate of 38 % in a negative way (p˂0.05). Conclusion and Suggestions: In the study, the peer relationships and smart phone addiction of adolescents were determined to be at a medium-level. It was found that the smart phone addiction decreased as the peer relationships increased. It can be suggested that some instructional seminars sould be organized by the psychiatric nurses and the students should be informed about reducing smart phone addiction and increasing peer relationship of adolescents.
