Ötekileştirici örgütlenmenin tehdit olarak gördüğü dört ahlakî değer: adalet – hakkaniyet – ehliyet ve liyâkat

Abstract

İnsan ve medeniyetin gelişimi için dört temel ilkeye sıkı sıkıya bağlı kalınması oldukça önemlidir. Bunlar, ehliyet, liyâkat, adalet ve hakkaniyettir. Bu nitelikleri kendisinde barındıran toplumlar bireysel ve kurumsal alanda son derece ileri düzeydedir. Ehliyet ve liyâkatin göz ardı edilerek adam kayırma üslûbunu benimseyen toplumlarda ahlakî bozulmaların olduğu, buna bağlı olarak da ilmî ve fikrî gelişimin sekteye uğradığı malumdur. Bu sebepten Kur’an, insanın insanla ve yaratıcısıyla doğru ve güvenilir bir ilişki kurması için tevhîd ve adalet ilkesini insanın vicdanına ve medeniyetin merkezine yerleştirir. Bu hedef, Müslüman bireye, ötekileştirmeye müsaade etmeyen bir zihniyet ile birlikte gelişimi ve ilerlemeyi esas alan bir perspektif sağlar. Çünkü ötekileştirme, hem diğerine yaşam hakkı tanımamaya hem de temel ahlakî ve insanî değerlerin dejenere olmasına neden olan bir sorundur. Değerlerin amacı dışında işlev gördüğü toplumların bağımsız olması neredeyse imkânsızdır. Şu halde adalet, birey ve toplumun gelişimine hız katıp koruyan bir güçtür. It is very important to held rigidly to four main principles for the development of people and civilisation. These are competency, qualification, justice and equity. The communities which include these principles are at the utmost advanced level in the individual and institutional fields. It is known that there are the moral corruptions in the communities which adapt the style of nepotism without considering competency and qualification, and so the scientific and intellectual developments are interrupted. Thus, The Koran puts the principles of amalgamation and justice in the center of man's conscience and civilisation so that the man can have a correct and reliable relationship with the others and his/her creator. This goal provides a perspective which bases on the development and advancement together with the mentality which doesn't allow the marginalisation to the muslims. Because the marginalisation is a problem which causes not to give the right to live for the others and also, to degenerate the main moral and humane values. It is likely impossible that the communities that the values function except from the goals are to be independent
