Öz:Bu çalışma Malatya İl merkezinde aile sağlığı merkezlerinden hizmet alan yetişkinlerin memnuniyet düzeyleri ve memnuniyetini etkileyen faktörleri saptamayı amaçlayan tanımlayıcı tipte kesitsel bir araştırmadır. Araştırmada, 2014 Mart-Haziran döneminde Malatya İl merkezinde bulunan 39 aile sağlığı merkezinden her birinden basit rastgele yöntemle seçilen 10 kişi olmak üzere 383 kişiye ulaşılmıştır. Çalışmada Avrupa genel pratisyenlik veya aile hekimliği değerlendirme ölçeği (EUROPEP) kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel analizlerde, normal dağılıma uymayan veriler için Mann-Whitney U, uyan veriler için de Student t ve One Way Anova testleri kullanılmış ve tüm değerlendirmelerde p<0.05 düzeyi anlamlı kabul edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan bireylerin %62.9'u kadın, %37.1'i erkektir. Araştırmaya katılan bireylerin cinsiyet, yaş ve kronik bir hastalığa sahip olma durumlarına göre EUROPEP ölçeğinden aldıkları puan ortancalarında anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır (p>0.05). Aile hekimliği uygulamasından memnuniyet durumlarına göre alınan ölçek puan ortancalarına bakıldığında, sistemden çok memnun olanlar diğer gruplara göre anlamlı olarak daha yüksek puan almışlardır (p<0.05). Sağlık ocağı ve aile hekimliği sistemleri mukayese durumuna bakıldığında kişilerin %76.8'i aile hekimliği sistemi, %7.1'i sağlık ocağı sisteminin daha iyi olduğunu belirtirken, %16.1 ise arada bir fark görmediğini belirmiştir. Bu değerler sonucunda Aile Hekimliği uygulamasının memnuniyet düzeyinin yüksek olduğu saptanmıştır. Anketten elde edilen sonuçların ulusal bir veri tabanına katkıda bulunacağını söylenebilir

Öz (İngilizce):This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study and aims to determine the satisfaction level, and the factors that affect this level in adults who benefit from the family medicine services in Malatya city center. 10 people from each center, in total 383 people were randomly selected from the 39 Family Health Centers in Malatya city center and were contacted for the study in the 2014 March-June period. The European General Practitioners or European Patients Evaluate General/Family Practice (EUROPEP) Scale has been used in the study. In the statistical analyses, the Mann-Whitney U was used for the data that did not suit the normal distribution, and the Student t and the One Way Anova tests were used for those which suited the normal distribution; and the p<0.05 level was accepted as being meaningful in all evaluations. 62.9% of the participants were female and 37.1% were male. No significant differences were found in the average points received from the EUROPEP Scale according to the gender, age, and having chronical disease variables (p>0.05). When the average points received from the scale in terms of satisfaction levels of the family medicine services are considered, the adults who are very satisfied with the services have received significantly more points than the other groups (p<0.05). When the health centers system and family medicine systems are compared, 76.8% of the participants have stated that the family medicine system is better; and 7.1% of them have stated that the health centers system is better; and 16.1% of them have stated that they did not see any differences. Upon the evaluation of these data it has been determined that the satisfaction level of the family medicine system is higher. It may be suggested that the results of the questionnaires can contribute to a national database.
