Âyetlerin sonunda vakf meselesi

Abstract

Vakf, Kur’an ilimlerinin temel kavramlarından biridir. Kur’andaki vakf yerlerinin ve işaretlerinin belirlenmesi içtihadî bir mesele olduğundan farklı yorumların ve bazen yanılgıların olması muhtemeldir. Nitekim bazı kıraat imamları her âyetin sonunda vakfın sünnet olduğunu savunurken diğerleri âyetin her hangi bir yerinde olduğu gibi âyetlerin sonunda da vakf ve ibtidâ konusunda anlamların temel teşkil ettiği görüşündedir. Bunun sonucu olarak ülkemizde tilâvet edilen Mushaflarda birçok âyetin sonuna (لا) alâmeti konularak vakfın uygun olmadığına işaret edilmişken; Medine, Şam, Kahire vb. İslam diyarlarında tilâvet edilen mushaflarda her hangi bir alamet konulmamıştır. Bu makalemizde, âyet kavramının lügat ve terim manalarından da yola çıkılarak konu irdelenecek ve tercihe gidilecektir.

Determination of the places and signs of waqf, one of the basic concepts of Qur’anic sciences, is an ijtihad. For this reason, it is likely that there are different interpretations and sometimes misconceptions. As a matter of fact, some qırat imams have argued that the waqf is tradition at the end of every verse. Others say that the signatures are the basis of the meaning of the waqf in the end as it is in any place of the verse. As a result of this, it is pointed out that the waqf is not appropriate by putting the sign (لا) at the end of many verses in the Mushafs which are recited in our country. No symbols were placed in Mushafs which read in Islamic cites like Madina, Damascus, Cairo and so on. In this article, the subject will be discussed by going from the terms of the verse.
