ÖZET Kadına yönelik şiddet ve özellikle aile içi şiddet temel insan hakları ve özgürlüklerin ihlali olup, aslında kadın ve erkek arasında eşit olmayan güç ilişkilerinin sonucu olarak ortaya çıkan önemli bir sorundur. Özellikle son zamanlarda şiddetin boyutlarının artarak, kadınların canına mal olacak düzeye geldiği görülmektedir. Bu konuya yönelik çeşitli projeler geliştirilmiş, yasal düzenlemeler yapılmıştır. Fakat kadına yönelik aile içi şiddet sorununa çözüm bulunamamıştır. Ülkemizde töre, ekonomik sorunlar, evlilikle ilgili problemler vb. gibi nedenlerle kadına yönelik şiddet uygulandığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye’de bulunan aile içi şiddet profili, yasal düzenlemeler ve bu soruna yönelik çözüm önerilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Yöntem olarak ise, derlenen bilgiler ışığında teorik bir çalışma yapılacaktır
ABSTRACT Violence against women, especially domestic violence is a violation of basic human rights and freedoms, in fact, unequal power relations between men and women is an important problem arising as a result. Especially in recent times, increasing the dimensions of the violence, the level will be seen that costs the lives of women. Developed several projects to address it, the legal arrangements have been made. But the problem of domestic violence against women has not been solved. In our country, customs, economic issues, problems, etc. about marriage. has been employed for reasons such as violence against women. Purpose of this study profile of domestic violence in Turkey, legal arrangements and to investigate possible solutions to this problem. As a method, the compiled information will be made in the light of a theoretical study.
