Amaç: Bu araştırma; postpartum dönemde yoga uygulamasının primipar annelerin emzirme yeterlilik ve maternal bağlanmaları üzerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Materyal ve Metod: Araştırma ön test-son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Adıyaman Halk Sağlığı Müdürlüğü'ne bağlı 1 Nolu ve 14 Nolu Aile Sağlığı Merkezi'ne kayıtlı olan 20-40 günlük bebeğe sahip anneler oluşturmuştur. Örneklemi ise; 62 deney, 62 kontrol grubu ile toplam 124 anne oluşturmuştur. Veriler 15 Eylül 2017- 15 Eylül 2018 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Deney ve kontrol grubuna ilk karşılaşmada Birey Tanıtım Formu, Emzirme Yeterlilik Ölçeği ve Maternal Bağlanma Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Deney grubuna 4 hafta süreyle haftanın iki günü 60 dakikalık postpartum dönemde yoga uygulaması araştırmacı eşliğinde uygulanmıştır; sonraki 4 hafta ise anneler izleme alınmışlardır. Deney ve kontrol grubuna ön testten 4 hafta sonra ara test, ara testten 4 hafta sonra ise son test olarak Emzirme Yeterlilik Ölçeği ve Maternal Bağlanma Ölçeği tekrar uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizi için; ortalama, standart sapma, ki kare, tekrarlayan ölçümlerde varyans analizi, Bonferroni testi ve bağımsız gruplarda t testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Emzirme yeterlilik ve Maternal bağlanma açısından; deney ve kontrol gruplarının ön test puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark olmadığı; ancak yoga girişiminden sonra ölçülen ara ve son test puan ortalamalarında gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu saptanmıştır (p<0.05). Sonuç: Postpartum dönemde yoga uygulaması, annelerde emzirme yeterliliği ve maternal bağlanmayı artırmıştır. Anahtar kelimeler: Emzirme, Yoga, Yeterlilik, Maternal Bağlanma
Aim: This research; The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of yoga practice on postpartum breastfeeding qualificationand maternal attachment. Material and Method: The research was done quasi experimental with pre test-post test control group. The population of the study was composed of mother between 20-40 days of age who were registered to Adiyaman Public Health Directorate and were registered to 1 Nol and 14 Nol Family Health Center. The sample is; A total of 124 women were formed with 62 experiments and 62 control groups. The data were collected between 15 September 2017 and 15 September 2018. Individual Presentation Form, The Breastfeeding Efficacy Scale and Maternal Attachment Scale were applied to the experimental and control groups. Two weeks of the week for 4 weeks 60 minutes ın the postpartum period, yoga practice was applied with the researcher; ın the next 4 weeks, mothers were taken. The experimental and control groups were administered the intermediate test 4 weeks after the pre-test and 4 weeks after the intermediate test, the last test for testing the back The Breastfeeding Qualification Scale and Maternal Attachment Scale. For the analysis of data; mean, standard deviation, chi-square, analysis of variance in repeated measurements, Bonferroni test and t-test in independent groups were used. Results: In terms of breastfeeding qualification and maternal attechment; there was no statistically significant difference between the pre-test mean scores of the experimental and control groups; however, there were statistically significant differences between the groups in intermediate and post-test mean scores after yoga intervention (p<0.05). Conclusion: In postpartum period, yoga practice increased breastfeeding qualification and maternal attachment in women. Key words: Breastfeeding, Yoga, Qualification, Maternal Attachment
