Günümüzde teknoloji ve teknolojik bilginin öğretimi en önemli konular arasında yer almaktadır. Çünkü teknolojik bilginin eksikliği, yeni neslin günümüz koşullarına uyum sağlaması noktasında birçok soruna neden olmaktadır. Ayrıca bu durum ülke gelirini ve refahını olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Dolayısıyla eğitim sistemi içinde teknoloji okur-yazarlığının artması ve ülkenin bu sektördeki paydan azami düzeyde faydalanabilmesi için öğrencilere ortaokul 5. sınıftan itibaren bilişim teknolojileri ve yazılım dersleri verilmektedir. Bu noktada öğrencilere verilen eğitimin kalitesi büyük önem kazanmaktadır. Eğitimi vermekte olan öğretmenlerin adalet algıları ve iş tatmin düzeyleri ise eğitimin kalitesini doğrudan etkileyen unsurlardır. Bu çalışmada Bilişim Teknolojileri Öğretmenlerinin Örgütsel Adalet Algıları ve İş Tatmini Düzeyleri incelenmekte ve mevcut durumun iyileştirilmesine yönelik çözüm önerileri sunulmaktadır. Çalışmada ayrıca, örgütsel adalet algısı düzeyinin nasıl artırılabileceği ve buna paralel olarak öğretmenlerin iş tatmin seviyesini artırabilmek için neler yapılabileceği ile ilgili öneriler belirtilmektedir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, 2018-2019 eğitim ve öğretim yılında Malatya Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğüne bağlı resmi okullarda görev yapan toplam 115 öğretmenden meydana gelmektedir. Verilerin toplanması için "Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği", "İş Doyum Ölçeği" ve demografik özelliklerin tespiti için "Kişisel Bilgi Formu" kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler; aritmetik ortalama, frekans, t-testi, ANOVA testi, LSD önemlilik testi, Pearson Moment Korelasyon Katsayısı ve Regresyon Analizi gibi yöntemler SPSS-25 kullanılarak yorumlanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda; Bilişim Teknolojileri Öğretmenlerinin Örgütsel Adalet algılarının orta düzeyde, iş tatminlerinin ise yüksek seviyede olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuçlar bilişim teknolojileri öğretmenlerinin örgütsel adalet algıları ile iş tatmini düzeyleri arasında pozitif yönlü orta seviyede anlamlı bir ilişki bulunduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca örgütsel adalet algısındaki pozitif artışın iş tatminini pozitif yönde etkilediği görülmektedir.
Today, technology and the teaching of technological knowledge is one of among the most important issues. Because the lack of technological knowledge causes many problems at the point where the new generation adapts to today's conditions. In addition, this situation affects the country's income and welfare negatively. Therefore, in order to increase the technology literacy within the education system and to make maximum use of the country's share in this sector, the students are given information technologies and software courses since the 5th grade in the middle school. At this point, the quality of the education given to the students becomes very important. The perceptions of justice and job satisfaction levels of the teachers who give the training are the factors that directly affect the quality of Education. In this study, the organizational Justice Perceptions and Job Satisfaction Levels of Information Technology Teachers are analysed and solutions are proposed to improve the current situation. The study also provides recommendations on how to increase the perception of organizational justice and what teachers can do to increase their level of work. The sample of the study consists of a total of 115 teachers working in the public schools of Malatya National Education Directorate in the 2018-2019 academic (education and training) year. "Organizational justice scale", "work satisfaction scale" were used for data collection, and "personal information form" was used to determine demographic characteristics. The obtained data were interpreted using SPSS-25 methods such as arithmetic mean, frequency, t-test, ANOVA test, LSD materiality test, Pearson Moment Correlation Coefficient and Regression Analysis. As a result of the research, it was determined that the Organizational Justice perceptions of the teachers of Information Technologies were at a medium level and their job satisfaction was at a high level. These results show that there is a positive and moderately significant relationship between the level of job satisfaction and organizational justice perceptions of information technology teachers. In addition, positive increase in perception of organizational justice is seen to affect job satisfaction in a positive way.
