Karaciğer Nakli Sonrası İnternete Dayalı Eğitimin Yaşam Kalitesine Etkisi Amaç: Bu araştırma karaciğer nakli sonrası internete dayalı eğitimin yaşam kalitesi üzerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yarı deneysel olarak yapıldı. Materyal ve Metot: Araştırma Temmuz 2018-Ağustos 2019 tarihleri arasında İnönü Üniversitesi Turgut Özal Tıp Merkezi (TÖTM)'nde yürütüldü. Araştırmanın evrenini Temmuz 2018-Ağustos 2019 tarihleri arasında TÖTM'de karaciğer nakli ameliyat olan tüm yetişkin hastalar oluşturdu. Örneklemini ise TÖTM'den evrenden olasılıksız, gelişigüzel örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 55 deney ve 55 kontrol olmak üzere 110 hasta oluşturdu. Veriler; Hasta Tanıtım Formu ve SF-36 Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği (YKÖ) kullanılarak toplandı. Deney grubundaki hastalara 2 hafta süren internete dayalı eğitim verildi. Kontrol grubuna herhangi bir girişim yapılmadı. Verilerin istatistiksel değerlendirilmesinde sayı, yüzde oranları, cronbach alfa, ki-kare, bağımlı ve bağımsız gruplarda t testi kullanıldı. Bulgular: Deney grubunda yer alan hastalar son testte tüm alt boyut puanlarının arttığı ve bu durum istatistiksel olarak önemli olduğu bulundu (p˂.05). Kontrol ve deney grubunda yer alan hastalarının ön test YKÖ alt boyutları karşılaştırıldığında; tüm alt boyutların puan ortalamaları arasında bulunan fark istatistiksel olarak önemli bulunmadı (p˃.05). Son test YKÖ alt boyutları karşılaştırıldığında ise; fiziksel rol güçlüğü alt boyutu dışında diğer alt boyutlar arasında görülen farklılıklar istatistiksel olarak önemli bulundu (p˂.05). Sonuç: Yapılan analizlerde internete dayalı eğitimin, karaciğer nakli olan hastalarda yaşam kalitesini arttırdığı saptandı. The Impact of Internet Based Training on Quality of Life After Liver Transplantation Objective: This study was planned and conducted quasi-experimentally in order to determine the effect of internet based education on quality of life after liver transplantation. Materials and Methods: The study was carried out at İnönü University Turgut Özal Medical Center (TÖTM) between July 2018 and August2019. The population of the study consisted of all adult patients who underwent liver transplantation surgery in TÖTM between July 2018-August 2019. The sample of the study consisted of 110 patients, 55 experiments and 55 controls selected by random sampling method from TÖTM. Data; Data were collected using the Patient Identification Form and SF-36 Quality of Life Scale (QLS). The patients in the experimental group received 2 weeks of internet-based training. No intervention was performed in the control group. Number, percentage ratios, cronbachalfa, chi-square were used for statistical evaluation of data, and t-test was used for dependent and independent groups. Results: It was found that all sub-dimension scores of the experimental group patients increased at the last test and this was statistically significant (p˂.05). When the pre-test QLS subscales of the control and experimental group patients were compared; the difference between the mean scores of all sub-dimensions was not statistically significant (p˃0.5). When the last test QLS sub-dimensions were compared; the differences between the other sub-dimensions except the physical role difficulty sub-dimension were found to be statistically significant (p˂0.5). Conclusion: It was found that internet based education increased the quality of life in patients with liver transplantation. Similar studies may be recommended in larger and different sample groups in order to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of internet-based trainings.
