Hamile kadınlarda sitomegalovirus antikorlarının dağılımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; 1991 Ocak-1992 Şubat ayları içerisinde Atatürk Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Kadın-Doğum Klinğinde yatan, ya da polikliniğine muayene için başvuran 296 hamile kadının serum örneklerinde, ELİSA yöntemi ile Sitomegalovirus (ACMV) IgMve IgG antikorları araştırılmıştır. Seropozitif çıkan toplam 278 (% 93.92) serum örneğinin 252 ' sinde (% 84.46) antisitomegalovirus (ACMV) IgG, 26’sında (% 8.78) ACMV IgG+lgM saptanmış, 18 (% 6.08) serum örneği ise séronégatif olarak belirlenmiştir. ACMV pozitif bulunan 252 serum örneğinin absorbons değerleri, gebelik dönemlerine ve yaşa göre değerlendirilmesi yapılıp sonuçları tartışılmıştır.

In this study, total anticytomegalovirus (ACMV) IgM and IgG antibodies were researched by ELISA method in the serum samples of296 pregnant women who presented and/or hospitalized in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology clinic of school of medicine, University of Atatürk, Erzurum-Turkey, between January 1991 and February 1992.

Two hundred seventy-eight ( 93.92 %)of the serum samples were seropozitive. In 252 (84.46 % ) of them A CMV IgG and in 26 (8.78 %) A CMV IgG + IgM were detected. Eight-teen sera samples (6.08 %) were found to be seronegative.

Absorbance levels of ACMV detected 252 sera samples were correlated with pregnancy period and age, and results were discussed.
