Adölesan Gebelere Verilen Psikososyal Destek Tabanlı Psikoeğitimin Anksiyete, Depresyon ve Algılanan Sosyal Desteğe Etkisi Amaç: Bu araştırma adölesan gebelere verilen psikososyal destek tabanlı psikoeğitimin anksiyete, depresyon ve algılanan sosyal desteğe etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Materyal ve Metod: Araştırma randomize kontrollü deneysel bir çalışma olarak Ocak 2020-Aralık 2020 tarihleri arasında Sağlık Bilimleri Üniversitesi Van Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi Kadın Doğum ve Hastalıkları Polikliniğinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırma, basit rastgele örnekleme yöntemi kullanılarak yaşları 15-19 olan toplam 105 gebe (deney grubu s= 50, kontrol grubu s=55) ile tamamlanmıştır. Veriler "Tanıtıcı Özellikler Formu", "BAE'', "EDSDÖ" ve "ÇBASDÖ" kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Deney grubundaki adölesan gebelere araştırmacı tarafından 8 oturumdan oluşan psikososyal destek tabanlı psikoeğitim verilmiştir. Kontrol grubuna herhangi bir girişim uygulanmamıştır. Verilerin analizinde; sayı, yüzdelik, ortalama, standart sapma, ki kare, bağımlı ve bağımsız gruplarda t testi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: Deney grubundaki adölesan gebelerin anksiyete ve depresyon düzeylerinde eğitim sonrası puan ortalamalarında kontrol grubuna göre azalma, algılanan sosyal destek düzeyinde ise artma gösterdiği ve gruplar arası farkın istatistiksel olarak önemli olduğu belirlenmiştir (p˂0.05). Grup içi karşılaştırmada; deney grubu anksiyete, depresyon ve algılanan sosyal destek düzeyi ön test ve son test puan ortalamaları arasındaki farkın istatistiksel olarak önemli olduğu saptanmıştır (p˂0.05). Kontrol grubu grup içi karşılaştırmasında ise anksiyete, depresyon ve algılanan sosyal destek düzeylerindeki farkın istatistiksel olarak önemli olmadığı belirlenmiştir (p˃0.05). Sonuç: Psikososyal destek tabanlı psikoeğitimin adölesan gebelerin anksiyete ve depresyon düzeylerini azaltmada, algılanan sosyal destek düzeylerini arttırmada etkili olduğu belirlenmiştir. Psikiyatri hemşirelerinin adölesan gebeler için psikososyal müdahaleri planlama ve uygulamada aktif rol alarak, kültüre özgü müdahaleler geliştirmesi önerilebilir. Aim: This study was conducted to determine the effect of PSDT psychoeducation given to pregnant adolescents on anxiety, depression and perceived social support. Material and Method: This study was conducted as an experimental study with a randomized control group between January 2020 and December 2020 in the Outpatient Polyclinics of Gynaecology and Obstetrics at Van Training and Research Hospital of Health Sciences University in Turkey. The study was completed with a total of 105 pregnant women between the age of 15-19 (experimental group n=50, control group n=55) using a simple random sampling method. The data were collected by using the Introductory Features Form, the BAI, the EPDS and the MSPSS. Eight sessions of BPS psychoeducation were given to the pregnant adolescents in the experimental group. No intervention was applied to the control group. t-tests were applied to number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi square and dependent and independent groups in the analysis of data. Results: Results showed that mean scores for anxiety and depression in the adolescents in the experimental group decreased after education compared to the control group, whereas the perceived social support level increased. Thus, it was determined that the difference between groups was statistically significant (p ˂ 0.05). In the within-group comparison, mean scores on anxiety, depression and perceived social support differed significantly pre-test and post-test (p ˂ 0.05) for the experimental group. The within-group comparison for the control group showed no significant difference in levels of anxiety, depression and perceived social support (p˃0.05). Conclusion: This study indicates that BPS psychoeducation is effective in reducing anxiety and depression in pregnant adolescents and increases their perceived social support levels. It might be suggested that the psychiatric nurses should take an active role in planning and implementing psychosocial interventions for adolescent pregnant women in order to develop culture-specific interventions.
