DKAB öğretmenlerinin öğrencilerini motive etme durumlarına ilişkin öğretmen ve öğrenci algıları

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı; öğretme-öğrenme sürecinde DKAB öğretmenlerinin kullandıkları moti-vasyon yaklaşımı konusunda DKAB öğretmenleri ve onların öğrencilerinin görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, Kayseri il merkezinde görev yapan DKAB öğretmenleri (n=70) ve İlköğretim 6 ve 7. sınıf öğrencileri (n=613) oluşturmaktadır. DKAB öğretmenleri ve öğrencilerin görüşlerini almak için, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen motivasyon yeterliklerini kapsayan bir anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, DKAB öğretmenleri ile öğrencilerin verdikleri cevaplar arasın-da anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Öğrencilere göre DKAB öğretmenlerinin sınıf içi moti-vasyon uygulamaları orta düzeydedir.

Teacher and Student Perceptions Regarding Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge Teachers Motivation of Their Students- The purpose of this work is to specify the opinions of Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge Teachers and of their students on the motivation approach of Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge Teachers. The sample of survey is comprised of the Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge Teachers working in Kayseri city centre (n=70) and sixth and seventh class students (n=613). A survey is applied comprising the motivation qualifications improved by researcher in order to receive the opinions of RE teachers and students. According to the findings of the research, there is a meaningful differentiation between the answers of Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge Teachers and of students. According to the students, the motivation applications of Religion Culture and Moral Knowledge Teachers are at the middle level.
