Bu tez çalışması kapsamında ilk olarak Na0.67(Mn0.5Fe0.5)1-xCoxO2 (x=0.05-0.3) katot malzemesine Co katkılanması yapılarak yapısal özelliklerindeki değişimler incelenmiştir. Daha sonra elektrokimyasal olarak aktif olmayan Mg katkılaması yapılarak sodyum iyonlarının hareketi sırasında kristal yapıdaki bozulmaya etkisi araştırılmıştır. Üretilen örneklerin yapısal incelemeleri ve performansları XRD, SEM, FTIR, Raman spektroskopisi analizleri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapı içerisinde Mg+2 katkılanması % 0.1- 0.3 -0.5 oranında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Üretilen katot Mg+2 katkılı ve katkısız Na0.67(Mn0.5Fe0.5)1-xCoxO2 numunelerinin X-ışını kırınım analizi (XRD), FTIR spektroskopisi, taramalı elektron mikroskopu (SEM) analizleri, Döngüsel voltmetri(CV) analizi, Galvanostatik çevrim performans (GCD) ölçümleri , Hız performans (C-rate) ölçümleri , Empedans spektroskopisi (EIS) ölçümleri, ile karakteristik ve yapısal özellikleri incelenmiştir. Elde edilen katot aktif malzemeleri kullanılarak, CR2032 düğme tipi bataryalar üretilmiştir. Üretilen CR2032 düğme tipi bataryaların elektrokimyasal, döngüsel voltametri (CV) , farklı akım yoğunluklarında batarya şarj/deşarj özellikleri ve EIS (Elektrokimyasal empedans spektroskopisi) ile performans analizleri yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak düşük oranda Mg katkılanmasının pil performansını artırdığı bulunmuştur.
In this thesis, firstly, the changes in the structural properties of Na0.67(Mn0.5Fe0.5)1-xCoxO2 (x=0.05-0.3) cathode material by Co doping were investigated. Then, electrochemically inactive Mg doping was made and the effect of sodium ions on the deterioration of the crystal structure during the movement of sodium ions was investigated. Structural properties of the produced samples were carried out with XRD, SEM, FTIR, and Raman analyses. Mg+2 doping in the structure was performed at a rate of 0.1- 0.3 - 0.5%. The structural properties of the doped and undoped Mg+2 Na0.67(Mn0.5Fe0.5)1-x CoxO2 produced cathodsamples were investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD), FTIR spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM) analysis. By using the obtained cathode active materials, CR2032 button type batteries were produced. Electrochemical, cyclic voltammetry (CV), battery charge/discharge characteristics at different current densities and EIS (Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy) performance analyzes of the produced CR2032 button-type batteries were performed. As a conclusion, it was found that low Mg doping in the structure increases battery performance.
