Abstract:
Öz:Popliteal arter anevrimalarında (PAA) ekstremiteyi tehdit edici tromboembolik komplikasyonlar sık görülür. Çoğu aterosklerotik kökenli olmakla bklikte travmatik PAA'lar da bildirilmiştir. Bu yazıda fossa popliteada geçirilmiş cerrahi müdahale sonrası gelişen ve akut iskemik komplikasyon ile başvuran PAA'lı bir olgu sunulmaktadır.

Öz (İngilizce):Limb-threatening thromboembolic complications are common in patients with popliteal artery aneurysms (PAA). Although PAA are generally due to atherosclerosis, traumatic PAAs have also been reported. In this paper, we present a case of PAA which developed after a surgical intervention to the popliteal fossa and adverting with acute ischemic complication.
