Öğe Farklı dinlenme aralıklı yüksek yoğunluklu antrenmanların hormonal ve fizyolojik yanıt üzerine etkisi(İnönü Üniversitesi, 2018) Adanur, OğuzhanAim: The effect of high intensity training on hormonal and physiological responses with different resting intervals Material and Method: In the study, Sedanter, who is continuing in undergraduate education of Inonu University Faculty of Sports Sciences (İUSBF) and chosen on the basis of volunteerism, the mean, age; 21,44± 1,5 year, height; 176,33±5,7 cm, body weight; 65,01±7,8 kg, body mass index (BMİ); 20,86±1,71 kg/m2 and body fat ratio (BFR); 11,46±3,16 percent (%) which is composed of 9 male students. The study was carried out in 4 protocols and 15 days interval between each protocol has given. Each protocol has started with stretching or special warming for muscle groups to work for 5 minutes and 8 different exercises have been applied. 8 different exercises have been applied at different resting intervals with 1 set maximal repetition. The lactate concentration before and after exercise has been checked and the Borg scale was applied to determine the degree of difficulty perceived. It has been taken which In the measurement of blood parameters; before exercise (resting level), immediately after exercise (acute effect of exercise), 24, 48 and 72 hours after exercise 5 times. Results: For the first protocol, a significant difference was calculated for all other blood parameters except TESTOSTERONE (p = 0,435). The second protocol showed significant difference in parameters of TESTOSTERONE (p = 0,05), GH (p = 0,001) and CK (p = 0,038), There was no significant difference in LDH, INSULIN, CORTİSOL, ACTH. Significant differences in the parameters of the third group LDH (p = 0.009), GH (p = 0.018) and ACTH (p = 0.001), There was no significant difference in CK, İNSÜLİN, CORTİSOL, TESTOSTERONE. Significant differences were found in the fourth protocol in the parameters of LDH (p=0,001), GH (p=0,001), CK (p=0,032), İNSÜLİN, (p=0,018) ve TESTOSTERONE (p=0,031), There was no significant difference in ACTH, CORTİSOL. The BORG score was calculated as the lowest in the 4th protocol and the highest in the 3rd protocol. Lactic acid (LA) has reached the highest values in the fırst protocol with the shortest rest interval. Conclusion: BORG, LA, Cortisol / 48, GH / 24 and ACTH / 24 values the differences between the protocols were found to be statistically significant.
