Öğe Crystal structure of (2E)-3-(2-thienyl)acrylic acid-benzene-1,2-diamine(Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry, 2007) Akkurt M.; Yildirim S.O.; Şreci N.; Küçükbay H.; Büyükgüngör O.The title compound, (2E)-3-(2-thienyl)acrylic acid-benzene-1,2-diamine, was synthesized by the reaction of 1,2-diaminobenzen and 3-(2-tienyl)acrylic acide in a dioxane solution. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbcn; a = 24.610(5)Å, b = 7.588(5)Å, c = 11.289(5)Å, V = 2108.1(17)Å3 and Z = 8. The final R value is 0.047. The thiophene and benzene ring are each essentially planar. The benzene-1,2-diamine moity in the title compound has a rotation axis that passes through the mid point of the bonds C8-C8a and C10-C10a. The crystal packing is stabilized by intermolecular N-H···and O-H···N hydrogen-bonding interactions. 2007 © The Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry.Öğe Crystal structure of 1,1?-propane-1,3-diyl-dibenzimidazolium dichloride tetrahydrate(Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry, 2006) Akkurt M.; Pinar S.; Küçükbay H.; Büyükgüngör O.The title compound, C17H26N4O4Cl2, was synthesized by reacting benzimidazole, metallic Na and 1,3-dibromopropane in THF. It crsytallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group. The unit-cell parameters at room temperature are a = 20.818(5)Å, b = 7.754(5)Å, c = 15.133(5)Å, ? = 123.221(5), V = 2043.6(16)Å3, Dx = 1.369 g/cm3, Z = 4. The molecules of the title compound lie on the crystallographic two-fold axis and an asymmetric unit in the unitcell contains half of the molecule and two waters and one chlorine ion. It crsytalizes in the trigonal space group R-3. The unit-cell parameters at room temperature are a=26.9966(2), c=18.7665(2)Å, V=11844.92(18)Å3, Dx=1.278 g/cm3, Z = 18.
