In the cancer therapy, the patient's survival and life quality have been Increased with the use of chemotherapy and radiotherapy in addition to surgical therapy in the last years. On the other hand, because of either Increased patient's survival or side effect o) adjuvant therapy, the risk of the development of second primary tumors have been increased. Although the risk of this condition Is to be pretty low, the second primary tumors after the other primary tumors have been reported including the breast carcinoma. In addition, genetic factors may be playing a role in development of the tumor. In this study, six cases of breast carcinoma with second primary carcinoma, among of1073 breast carcinoma, that diagnosed at our department are presented. This second primary tumors were colon carcinoma in two cases, nasopharnyx carcinoma ¡n one case, thyroid carcinoma in one case, endometrium carcinoma in one case anc cervical in situ carcinoma in one case. In this study, six cases of second primary tumo/ with breast carcinoma which were found to be interesting because of its rarity were presented.
