Differences in Archery Skill Results for Vocational School Students and Beginners Based on Shooting Distance
(Federacion Espanola Asoc Docentes Educacion Fisica-Feadef, 2024) Mulyanti, Cholimah; Prasetyo, Yudik; Sumarjo; Setyawan, Hendra; Kurniawan, Ari Wibowo; Shidiq, Abdul Aziz Purnomo; Eken, Ozgur
This research aims to examine differences in archery skill scores for Vocational High School (SMK) students among beginners based on the shooting target distance factors of 5 meters, 10 meters, and accumulated distances of 5 and 10 meters. The sample for this research was 16 male and female students from classes XA, XB and XIA, taken using the cluster random sampling method. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential factorial one-way Anova. One-way anova test results Sig. 0.030 < 0.05 means there is a significant difference in the average of the three students' archery skill score results at a distance of 5 m, a distance of 10 m, and an accumulated distance of 5 and 10 m. First Post Hoc follow-up test Sig value. 0.088 > 0.05, meaning that there is no significant difference between the results of students' archery skills at a shooting distance of 5 m and a shooting distance of 10 m. Post Hoc followup test for both Sig values. 0.917 > 0.05, meaning that there is no significant difference in the results of students' archery skills at a shooting distance of 5 m with accumulated shooting distances of 5 and 10 m. Post Hoc follow-up test for the three Sig values. 0.036 > 0.05, meaning that the results of students' archery skills at a shooting distance of 10 m with an accumulated shooting distance of 5 and 10 m have a significant difference. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the average of the three students' archery skill score results at a distance of 5 m, a distance of 10 m, and an accumulated distance of 5 and 10. The findings of this study suggest the design of an archery training program for beginners, including consideration of starting from a shorter distance and gradually increasing the shooting distance, as well as carrying out various training techniques with a combination of exercises at various appropriate distances and giving priority to the consistency of technical movements and body posture. while archery.

Effect Of Improving Lumbar Mobility, Spinal Stability; With Core Stability Training To Achieve Personal Best Runner
(Federacion Espanola Asoc Docentes Educacion Fisica-Feadef, 2024) Zulhasniati, Zulhasniati; Prasetyo, Yudik; Susanto, Nugroho; Igoresky, Andre; Putra, Yogi Arnaldo; Fitriady, Gema; Anam, Khoiril
Running consists of simple basic movements, and to achieve these simple basic movements requires good mobility and stability, because the weakening of mobility and stability of the body causes misalignment or weakness of the legs so as to interfere with the absorption or propulsion phase in leg movement while running. Apply appropriate exercise methods to improve lumbar mobility and spinal stability. One training method that can be used is the core stability training method. Core stability is an exercise model to improve the ability to control the position of trunk movement through the pelvis and legs to allow optimal motion production. This study aims to ascertain whether core stability training can improve lumbar mobility and spinal stability in running athletes. The study used an experimental method with a research pattern using a group pretest -posttest design. 10 running athletes were sampled according to the criteria to be treated in the form of core stability training for 6 weeks. The athletes were assessed before and after training using the Functional Reach Test and Unilateral Hip Bridge Endurance. This study showed that there was a significant effect between core stability training and lumbar mobility (P = 0.000) and spinal stability (P = 0.000) in athletes. The results of this study show that the application of core stability exercises can increase the ability of lumbar mobility and spinal stability, so if the core stability exercises are done properly, they can increase stability in the spine and mobility in the lumbar, which causes dynamic limb movement to be more efficient.

Implementing management of the physical fitness education program for the drug rehabilitation patients in drug addict therapy centre
(Federacion Espanola Asoc Docentes Educacion Fisica-Feadef, 2024) Wayoi, Deny Setiawan; Setyawan, Hendra; Suyanto; Prasetyo, Yudik; Lastiono, Sadewo Tri; Nurkadri; Putro, Baskoro Nugroho
This research analyses the urgency of Implementation of Physical Fitness Education Program Management for Drug Rehabilitation Patients at the Bidayatussalikin Islamic Boarding School (BIBS) Drug Addict Therapy House in Indonesia. This research was a mixed-method research. The quantitative sample consisted of 65 BIBS drug rehabilitation students. The qualitative sample included 6 expert informants. The conclusion is the implementation of physical fitness education programme management as a means of accelerating non-medical rehabilitation for students as former drug addicts needs to be implemented. This programme can be used as a means of accelerating the non-medical healing process through; strengthening physical fitness components, repairing the body's nerve cells, encouraging the release of the hormones dopamine and endorphins that trigger happiness, reducing stress, managing emotions, stabilising mood, channeling positive energy, avoiding empty thoughts, helping restore damaged memory, and entertaining the students as former drug addicts. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of implementing a structured physical fitness education pro-gram in drug rehabilitation centers. The findings confirm that such programs not only provide significant physical health benefits, but also support psychological recovery and encourage positive routines for patients. Physical fitness programs, integrated in drug rehabilitation strategies, should be considered a crucial and indispensable component, due to their contribution to physical and mental well-being during the recovery process. Research has also shown the integral role of rehabilitation in helping individuals suffering from substance use disorders to achieve recovery and pre-vent relapse. By incorporating approaches that cover physical, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects, rehabilitation programs can effectively support the holistic well-being and successful recovery of individuals undergoing rehabili-tation from substance dependence.
