    In Turkey as well as all over the world, crisis which began to show itself especially after 1980’s more, and accelerated with globalization has important effects on SME’s which has an important place on both numbers and the share of industrial production and national income. In this context, understanding the effects of crisis on SME’s and taking precautions on this framework is quite 1062 important. Developments on business world within the past two decades have showed that crisis can only be surmounted by effective crisis management. Nevertheless the researches have shown that managers believe the necessity of crisis management but most business does not have a conscious crisis management work. Hence SME’s as the other businesses need to implement an effective crisis management to come out with the least harm from crisis periods. The business which establishes executes and institutionalizes crisis management efforts on their structure, method and process will manage the crisis more easily. As the result of this crisis will come out with increasing competition and a situation turns crisis to opportunity rather than a threat to business presence. This research realized on 45 SME’s which operating in textile industry on the province of KahramanmaraĢ. The negative effects of crisis on managerial and organizational structure have been trying to determine. Survey method was used to collect the data and data analyzed with SPSS.
