The arrangement of bankruptcy, which is a critical issue for the debtors whose financial structure has deteriorated, protects the debtors from bankruptcy and enables the creditors to collect their receivables, albeit partially. Although the concordat is intended to protect bona fide debtors and creditors, it can be said that payments not made during the concordat deadlines put the creditors in financial distress and harm the economy at the macro level. In this context, it is necessary to examine the subject in depth to prevent abuse of concordat requests and to obtain better results both legally and financially. © 2023 by IGI Global. The effect of the Russian-Ukraine war on Turkey's economy and financial markets

Russia-Ukraine political relations, which have a long history, moved to a de facto dimension with Russia's invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. This study focuses on the financial effects of the war's aftermath rather than its political repercussions. The authors examine the financial indicators of Turkey and interpret them in comparison with the global outlook and studies analyzing the financial effects in this process.
