Özet
Culture that shapes everything the people in a society produce has a great importance in the emergence of the corporations. Corporations are the organizations that provide the needs of people. Corporations carry the motifs of cultural structure they belong to. Therefore, the effects of cultural structure on corporations, the structural features and the content of the corporations change from a society to the other. Hence, it is social necessity that we handle social factors and cultural values without abstracting it
