dc.description.abstractOne of the important topics that has been widely discussed in Islamic legal literature is namely al-tadawi bi al-muharramat.(treatment with forbidden things). In this regard, there are two different opinions of Muslim jurists regarding the use of intoxicating drink (al-khamr) for medical purposes. In this article, opinions of the ones those who allow such treatment and those who don. t are discussed with the consideration of its proofs. As a result, in this work attempts are made to study that in which conditions intoxicating drinks and other substances can be used for medical purposes, which are normally al-khamr.en_US
