Özet
It is known that some of the Old Turkic inscriptions written in runic texts were erected by the owner of the inscriptions themselves, while others were erected by their relatives or the dignitaries of the government. The engravings of the texts in the inscriptions of the second Turk Khanate were carried out by the stonemasons sent by China. As a result, these lines are relatively more even and the height of the letters is almost the same. It is not possible to observe this order in other inscriptions. Aside from the engravings of the texts, who were the people who narrated the events that would create the texts? In this article, relevant information will be given about the people who were mentioned in the colophon texts of Kuli Cor and Tariat inscriptions. We will thus be able to understand the identity of the people who created the inscriptions, who remembered and narrated the events.
