| dc.description.abstract | Abstract:Öğretmenlerin yetiştirilme biçimleri ve sorumlulukları toplumun ihtiyaçları ile birlikte değişmektedir. Öğretmenler üçyüzyıldan fazla süreden beri toplumsal, politik ve sanayideki değişmelerden doğrudan etkilenmektedirler. Ortaçağlarda ders kitapları eğitimin merkezinde ve öğretmenler de onları açıklayan bir rol oynamakta idiler. Eğitim sistemleri sanayileşmeden sonra bina ve sınıfları, ders kitapları, uzman öğretmenleri ile yeniden düzenlenmişlerdir.Çağdaş toplumlarda güçlü öğretimin önemi hem bireyler hem de uluslar için giderek artıyor. Burada birçok teknoliji öğretme yerdım etmesine rağmen, öğretmenlerin öğrencilerin öğrenmesine yardımları hâlâ esas rolü oynuyor. Geçmişte öğretmenlerden sadece zihinsel çalışmaya meraklı küçük bir azınlığı eğitmesi beklenirken, bugün öğretmenlerden bütün öğrencilerinin her türlü performanslarını değerlendirerek onları yüksek düzeyde düşünen kişiler olarak yetiştirmeleri isteniyor. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract:The responsibilities and background of teachers changes with the needs of society. Teachers over the past three hundred have continued to be impacted by societal, political, and industrial changes. In the Middle Ages, textbooks were at the center of education and teachers also were playing a role in clarifying content in text. Schools were reorganized to reflect industry, with grades, standard textbooks, and specialized teachers. Education is increasingly important to the success of both individuals and nations in contemporary society, and growing evidence demonstrates that, among all educational resources, teachers abilities are especially crucial contributors to students learning.In previous decades, teachers were expected to prepare only a small minority for ambitious intellectual work, whereas today they are expected to prepare virtually all students for higher-order thinking and levels of performance once reserved for only a few | en_US |
