dc.description.abstract | Posterior Reversible Encephalopathy Syndrome (PRES) describes a usually reversible neurologic syndrome with a variety of presenting symptoms ranging from headache, altered mental status, seizures, and vision loss to loss of consciousness. In this paper a case of a female patient, 59, admitted to our emergency department with bilateral visual loss and seizure following intramusculer analgesic application and diagnosed with PRES with clinical and radiological findings is presented in the light of literature. | en_US |
