Terror/ism is a global plague transferred to our era from the 20th century. The economy political and finance political dimensions of this disease, which is difficult to diagnose and treat, have been clarified. Terror is fed by black money while it first and foremost hits the live economy, Terror/ism looks at the world from three perspectives (people-technology-finance). These perspectives are the dark ones of the world since they are all about destroying people, using technology in bad faith, and wasting money. Many divert from the national level, thus globalizing terrorist organizations continue their existences by doing legal/illegal commercial activities. States fighting against terrorism have to make high military budgets and thus allocate less financial resources to welfare projects.en_US
